race: protoss rank: mid-high diamond im mid-high diamond on NA server and my goal is get master on this season. I havent any RTS experience before starcraft 2. Im playing 1v1 since season 4. Im starting on european server now and im looking for a european clan to help me pratice and play clanwars/tournaments/events if needed. I can play all nights except mondays and usually all day on sarturday/sunday. pm me on teamliquid, so we can talk more or maybe some tryouts to prove im not bronze heh | ||

We were a pretty successful team in early/mid 2011, placing high in alot of the earlier SC2 team leagues. We built up some GM that ended up moving onto sponsored teams like Convergence Gaming and Team Legion. The team was a lot of fun, we played in ESEA/SCL/SCLNA/SGL/PTGL and so on. The team sort of fell apart when some core guys moved to sponsored teams, and a couple of us were in our final years of college so we all had less time to play. Now that I'm back (damn you dota2!) to rebuild the team from the ground up and I would like to recruit some core players (3-5 players) to start practicing, playing in daily tourneys like playhem/z33k stuff, and just getting to know each other. What can we offer you now? - Dedicated and experienced manager who knows how to run a team - Daily feedback for replays/practices - Vent server - Willing to work around your schedule - Fun, but hardworking environment What I can offer you in the future? Back when I first ran Skynet I did everything I could to provide for the team, finding tournaments for the players, buying a team Korean account for practice, getting a vent server for clan wars, and paying everyone's entry into ESEA, just so we could become that much better. We were close to being sponsored, but the as I stated earlier some core players found teams with better sponsors and could not pass up the opportunity to move on to a better deal. So I'm going to do the same thing as I did last time, and as long as your willing to put the effort in I'm willing to shell out the money to make this team a big success. Obviously I can't pay for someone to go to MLG, but say down the road I run into more cash that is a huge possibility. So lets just say the sky is the limit? Requirments - NA Sever - 1000 points last season - Willing to put in the time to become a better player - Willing to play daily online tournaments at least a couple times a week - Friendly, willing to take advice without being offended Thanks for reading guys, I'm hoping to find some guys that are really looking to take their skills to the next level. i'm playing sc2 for quite a long time now, but never really had the time to practice alot. But since a week i got plenty of time to play, and can play almost every night. I even bumped into a couple of professionell players, such as BeastyQT, VTWhiplash, NrSRanged, from whom I was able to steal some points at times! If required I am not reluctant towards the idea of having to play tournaments, as I believe that those form a better competitive ground than Blizzard's ladder does. I see, thank you for explaining, sorry if I put anyone off. Just wanted to be forthright with anyone who may use that process. I don't enjoy signing up on a forum, posting on that forum, and waiting for tryout games to only then get to know the team. Though I certainly don't enjoy being singled out and laughed at by a team manager for posting such a requisite. | ||

How do you think NrG would look if a bigger team came picking on your supposed recruitment strategy? All it takes to tip the balance of being picked up vs not being picked up is someone like you, saying he's doing it wrong Not necessarily saying i agree or disgree with what you said, but i disagree with your singling 1 person out in a public place - effectively lowering his chances of finding a team | ||
