Use the gateway as part of your wall and place it sooner (instead of that second cannon and pylon!). Don't build more cannons. Get a cybercore after your first gate is done. Get more gateways (We've now thrown 150+150+100 more or less down the drain, the last 100 now starting to come in to effect as we do need the supply though, still, that's a later gateway and overall less gateways for no reason). I believe response does an excellent FE build, you should watch his stream if you have the chance. Then at any point after you killed his expo you could, and should, have just walked up to his base and killed him. I'm gonna close the replay now because you should have won between the 10 and 13 minute mark. I'm assuming somehow you basehugged against... 6 mutas? (Hint: They need to go home to defend should you attack, and you can beat them in a straight up fight) And let him have an expo? Oh shit, I just tabbed back in and you actually did attack only to pussy out? JUST PUSH IN. Still though you pushed too late, and even when you finally did you still pussied out and then lost your army. Lot's of errors going on. Since you had two bases and he had one you could easily have afforded to throw down two stargates and started pumping phoenixes, by the way, which just overall are one of the most awesome units ever. You could also benefit from forcefields, especially dealing with his heavy reliance on ling for a ground army. | ||

He takes such quick expansions which seems risky against Zerg, but he does it at a time when Zerg really can't have an aggressive response. He is then able to match his probe production easily with the Zerg's drone production. A lot of Protoss players have complained about Roaches lately, but this guy makes it look easy to fend off top Korean Zerg players and bitchslap them in the face. I hope Korean Protosses are taking notes. By the way, has this guy attempted to qualify for the GSL? He mentions in a game that he is Chinese, so it may not be viable for him to travel to Korea. | ||
