While this definitely fits the video - it's most likely Kerrigan and the terrain looks like the space platform tileset, there also were a lot of muta/ling in that mission - how does it fit with the storyline? Is the commercial telling the whole story from SC1 over BW and including parts of SC2? Is Kerrigan remembering her past? Is it just a random mix of scenes?
afaik Blizzard has a fairly large dedicated Cinematics department, I have always wondered why they never made more story-length cinematics like the Starcraft: Ghost 6 minute one.
I loved this ad but I'm sad we see so little of the Protoss.
Correct me if I'm wrong but
From the Terran side we see: Mengsk, a female ghost (likely a Kerrigan flashback), marines, a banshee, Raynor.
From the Zerg side we see: Infested Kerrigan, Hydras, Zerglings, Mutas.
From the Protoss side we see: Zeratul? That's it? I think they could have shown a few frames of a Colossus or Immortal in action or something awesome like that.

If I'm not mistaken, those are just the cinemas for the game. Kerrigan shows up as sort of the tortured past of Raynor. Zeratul shows up to speak to Jim Raynor on his battlecruiser and tell him about some such nonsense. I don't think any of it was gameplay footage. Just cinemas from the Human campaign.
