I feel very sad about this progression. I wanted to begin the next sentence with "i hope..." but i lost all hope in blizzard. i can't even express my frustration and disappointment anymore. | ||

The opt out thing really bothers me, as does the partnering with facebook due to the whole selling of information bit that went on. We should all call their support lines, until they get the point that having chat rooms is a requirement for the community to actually like their game. | ||
