damn I got promoted this morning and now my whole account seems to be RESET. no friends, no games, no points. bug i guess :-(

EDIT: Oh, after second re-login, everything is fine again...

Same for me. 2nd time already.
I read somewhere if you don't play any games for ~12 hours after reset - you get your stats and friends back.

This needs a fix, im tired of this, once in a week it bugs and you may get your stats reseted and cant play, i know it is a beta, but this is the 5th time it happens... At least just disconnect the server and put a warning of it being down.

I was top 50 platinum on the euro ladder, got reseted tried laddering again and just got reseted again. cba with battlenet atm its pointless to play this way.

Somehow the accounts of people, who got reset, still exist
Some players already have the exactly same accounts in 2 or 3 different divisions

Same thing happening to me. Sometimes when I relog it loads someone else's character with their stats and everything.

Euro servers have gone crazy again this evening. I have tried logging in, quitting, logging out and logging in again. Every time I log in I get a different person's profile rather than my own. It is chaos.

Servers have been fine for me today.

Actually I don't mind the reset. I just redid my placement games and got into bronze, when I was in copper after my initial placement matches. ^^

This just happened to me. I was watching a replay, when my internet connection dropped. Got the message i got dced from battle.net, trying to reconnect, and the whole game crashed. When i logged back in i got the wrong profile error, then my profile reset and after a few relogs i got friend lists and 2vs2 back but no 1vs1 stats. I filed a bug report and was replying to the thread you have linked here but now the bnet forum is down for maintenance. Double fail.

Ugh, you lot are lucky, i can play games, but my placement matches wont end, i could do 5 matches in a row, and it will still say 5 placement matches remaining :|
