That only applies to opt-ins iirc.

I don't think there's any way for Blizzard to know the system specs of the people who registered their BlizzCon 2008 beta keys. When I registered mine, I was only asked for an email address with optional information such as address and phone number.

Pretty sure there was a blue post saying people with blizzcon keys get in first wave

Lol I love how you are all so sure of this. How? Fair? You forgot who's running this beta?
|
So the google translate page used to begin with "Beta testing has finally started!"
Now it has changed?

They said the opt-in invites would be system specs, everybody that has a beta key already from some past event should be in the first wave. At least that's how I read it.

For me they're both all about a welcome message and then bugs/suggestions etc.

Yes. The english version is shorter sure, but it says "Provide feedback in the feedback/balance thread" "Bugs in the bugs thread" "Check out the FAQ"
Which is exactly what the korean thread in the OP says And they both say stuff about Beta testers can post here, blah blah blah

Anyone else notice the Blue changed his wording, or rather edited his post?
Even after all the hype he still kept the first line about beta in tact.

Both have some major differences I guess.

"You've been selected as a beta tester once again congratulations and thanks to you and we will update you on the Soapbox beta. "
was
"Finally, StarCraft II Beta testing has started! You've been selected as a beta tester once again congratulations and thanks to you and we will update you on the Soapbox beta. "
Everything else is exactly the same.

well and when in latin america?? im waiting!! =)

That's because his wording in the thread posted in OP was a little weird, so it sounded like the beta has started when it wasn't, so he posted that to say "Beta hasn't really started we are just testing the forums and getting everything set up"
