Works well with most other games (at least SC1 and WC3). it's way better than when we get stuff dubbed into English. Since so many games and movies are in English, it doesn't happen as often, so we're terrible at it.

Infact, the biggest controversy in Korea regarding SC2 so far has been whether or not the Korean version should have English or Korean names for units. It is the only issue so far that caused flaming on the Korean Battle.net forums.

http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=22739813925&pageNo=1&sid=3000#0 If I understand Xordiah right First of all, we are of course also localizing in Russian, since this has been announced from the beginning, you can check out the Russian site here: http://eu.starcraft2.com/index.xml?locale=ru_ru We have also added russian forums today (http://forums.battle.net/index.html?sid=3007) as well as Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/StarCraftRU) and Twitter (http://twitter.com/starcraft_ru) pages that will soon fill up with more content. Concerning switching between languages, to start off you will have the language of the box that you purchase. We are planning on releasing language packs at some point, but this will not be for release. We will get information on this to you most likely after release of StarCraft 2. it will be possible to switch languages! This is cool

Probably as always we will have only Polish version available, BUT Blizzard offers option to download games from their site if you have proper CD-KEY. Does anyone know if you can which select language version you download while using this option? i downloaded SC:BW from this blizz store service thingy, and i had not choice but dl the german version. i'm not sure if it has something to do with my IP, my Key or because I selected Germany as my country of origin. i had to switch the local.dll or whatever it was to get my good old english keys back. sound's still german though, which sucks. i'm gonna order SCII online to get everything in english for sure from the beginning.
