to be fair, mcvay went into coaching straight out of college and just was fortunate enough to land a gig with gruden's tampa bay staff (also helps he has family connections).

Where's the money at on Rams vs Packers? Anyone think the Rams will pull the upset? Same with the Browns tomorrow. I think that will be a better game than most expect but I think Chiefs pull away late.
