CR7 does a ton of great things outside of the game, and he can be good with his teammates, but for years I kept on seeing nasty behaviours on the field. I'm still bitter he went to Paris. I read a story about PSG's players meeting in a restaurant and talking seriously about winning it this year. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to publish this story before they have even played the final... On a positive note, I'm curious about the future will be for both City and PSG. Is PSG officially a "big" team now, or will they slowly go back to a lower rank if they lose their top players? | ||

They've been on the verge of reaching semis for a while now, they shot themselves in the foot a couple of times but they definitely already had the level to be top 8 a few years ago. Neymar + Mbappe is a big boost but you don't need them to win the CL, you can build a strong team without big stars. I don't think it's their strategy but it's possible. | ||

Its just that his style of football is not flashy and extremely efficient which doesnt make the papers. And hes so consistently good at what he does do in such an unassuming manner that there isnt much to say. Di Maria is the opposite. Higher creative ceiling but no consistency. You would take a Muller over a DI Maria anyway and I dont think Di Maria is under rated either. If he was more consistent hed get praised more maybe. | ||
