Good half from Lyon. Disappointed by Pep's organization. Why do they need 3 CBs when Lyon does not even have a proper 9, even less so a great one? Very conservative and it tends to bite him in the ass in big games. I understand doing it against Madrid defending a 2-1 but not for this game. So easy for Lyon's back 5 to defend on only Jesus and Sterling.
B. Silva or Mahrez in, remove Fernandinho who's really not in it.

City didn't impress against Madrid. Didn't impress in this game as well. Deservedly are eliminated.

Against Madrid they were good, maybe not amazing but good.
Pep botched this imo. The first half conditions the game a lot and it's his fault. Then Sterling and Jesus make sure not to score. They already almost eliminated their team against City, now they succeeded. Really disappointed. Bayern will thrash Lyon.

City went down in the most city way imaginable. Possession and opportunities to win the game, lose to opponent taking what chances they have while city just cannot get the ball over the line.

I'm Pep I quit now. Managed to put the team at the top of England, Europe is the only thing resisting them but they keep failing in the most ridiculous ways. If he doesn't quit, he should get sacked but I don't see this happening.
