There are so me places with laws against individuals taking actions if they know they are infected (HIV is notable for this), but there was 1918 influenza, 1957 Asian flu, and 1968 Hong Kong flu, the first being the worst, the 2md and 3rd being similar to C19, and there was never motivation to create such a cause of action, because frankly doing that wouldn't make much sense. | ||
