I saw on the standings that people were passing each other and were close, but all they showed on the race feed was the cars from the top 3 teams lapping a few seconds apart for most of it. We saw nothing of Kimi going from the pitlane start to getting 10th and nothing of Norris getting into the points. | ||

Vettels first stint was bad but got a lot better when on mediums while Leclerc never found back his pace after the pitstop to the softs. | ||

Going by past races was that prediction so far off of what one would expect? A street circuit having crashes on the first lap and Kvyat crashing by is own fault is not a strange or outlandish prediction I think….it is also not hatefull. To be fair Kvyat did crash leading to a VSC so in my book that is 50% correct xD although not due to his fault obviously. It was actually not bad to be wrong this time, it was a less eventful race than expected but that is not always a bad thing. Ferrari keeps being a major disapointment….that is what is wrong with this race. | ||

He's starting from the back Surprised no one picked up on my dumbass forgetting that Kimi isn't Ferrari any more :p They still managed to show their incompetence with Leclerc tho. What was the idea of keeping him out way too long only to give the Mercedes cars a speedboost down the straight? He should have pitted 4 laps earlier and fought for fourth. Other than that this race was a snore-fest. | ||

The 3 top teams had very even pace today and the Merc is nowhere near as dominant as some on here are making out. Barcelona is usually where the teams bring the first big updates and that tends to set the trend for the season, there is still a very long way to go yet. | ||

I didnt attack anybody. It didnt even qualify as a weak jab at him but if you want to go that road...Last race there were 2 McLaren out due to kvyat anthics. So even if I attacked him it would never be "for no reason". He is called the torpedo for a reason....... Plus that is exactly what happened in FP so again....dont get your outrage at my light hearted comment. | ||

He couldn't make the mediums last like the others seemed to be able to, in hindsight he would probably have been better switching to a two stop but it's easy to be an expert in hindsight.
