clarkson has outplayed ball tonight.. period.. end of story. Ball has gotten eaten up by elite level defense. it'll be interesting to see if he can withstand above average defense from guys like Lowry and Hill.

To Ball's defense though, it seems a majority of his mistakes are due to experience and conditioning, both of which are nearly guaranteed to get better the longer he plays.

Kuzma is looking better already. Ingram looks like another question mark for the Lakers. I don't think they can hasten any rebuild within 5 years with this group. Although I wonder how they would look like once some superstars start to come over next year.

What is the scouting report on Brandon Ingram during the draft? What is he supposed to be good at? I remember the discussion last year was that he had a similar build to Kevin Durant, who also struggled his first year in the league. But Durant is a good shooter who shot in the high 80s at the free throw line his rookie year. His fg% eventually improved once he got used to the NBA. Ingram was terrible at the free throw line last year.

Ball it is way to early to say for sure, I mean it took Kidd a long time to become what he did. But I think with ingram they would be happy if he became a quality starter. for a guy that they would not trade, i think just a quality starter would be disappointing

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/21127746/eric-bledsoe-sent-home-meeting-phoenix-suns Cleveland could use a PG. JR Smith will now start (assuming that reckless driving thing doesn't interfere) and Wade will come off the bench. I think this is a good move by Cleveland. in 2017, Smith > Wade. the Spurs held opponents to the 5th lowest 3 point percentage and opponents took the 3rd fewest 3s against the Spurs last year. Let's see if the Raptors throw up 40+ 3s tonight.

Yikes. http://www.nbadraft.net/players/brandon-ingram I think the Durant thing is more about the similarities in their build and body type rather than their game. Ingram doesn't seem like an all-around scorer at all.
