I hope so but no. StarterXI is pretty good but and the bench has only C-level players. That remind me of Dortmund 2015/16, maybe they could have won Bundesliga if they had better bench players.

Pep will win PL again, but because he has the best bench players.

They have net spent £230 million Klopps 3 seasons so far. They are in the read for this transfer window a lot without making any sales. Last season they were in the read by £30 million as well. They have no assests left to sell off either right? Ings/Sturridge/Winjaldum? All together that is not much lol.

Alison was expensive yes, but there aren't that many amazing keepers left on the market. Trapp/Areola are decent and might be sold, then there's Schmeichel. Is Navas gonna stay in Madrid with Courtois incoming?
Donnaruma possibly, but he won't be cheap either.

Donnarumma seems very risky. 19-year-old guy who probably doesn't speak much English at this point. That's a lot of pressure for such a young kid. Having an Italian manager probably helps, but still...

Alisson is way better than Donnarumma anyway. I'd say he was the best goalkeeper last Serie A, better than Buffon/Szczesny for sure and tied with Handanovic maybe

Cheslea fans want us to pick up Strakosha as he can play with his feet and was top notch in Serie A as well. I would prefer Donnarumma just because his peak is going to be higher than everyone's just as of right now he isn't there but at 19 if you can train him and watch him grow he will be Buffon's heir surely.

Kasper is another but i am not convinced by him but at this rate what can you do xD

I don't get how people like him (and there's others, Jorge Mendes springs to mind as being just as bad) are allowed to operate so freely. Clubs hate them. Fans hate them. Isn't that enough of a base to create some rules banning managers from taking absurd % of transfer deals? And without the lucrative deals, such "managers" will suddenly be a lot less aggressive in marketing their players for idiotic transfer fees.

Exactly, should be rules bought in from FIFA asap to cap the money agents receive or even better the power they control.

Should just either make it a flat % of transfer fee or make it a flat fee of x amount of money. He made from Pogba transfer alone £40 million!! It's disgusting lol. He also did Lukaku £75million move last season as well, i bet he made lots there too.

Clubs should just stop negotiating with those people. You can't put rules on how much an agent can get. They're outside the FIFA's scope, and I think it's a good thing. The UEFA create rules for clubs not to spend more than they have, if clubs want to spend it all on agents fees, it's their own problem.

When you sign a Raiola player, you also get the (usually short haha) benefit of getting easy marketing for your club. You know what you're getting when you buy one of his players.

What should be controlled is the involvement of certain agents with clubs and national teams (see Mendes). They can really screw the competition and fairness of some leagues by having presidents/national team managers only deal with the players they have under their agency.

he had some "not as expected" seasons in United but this World Cup surely made his price go back up to Juventus era level.
