Pretty bad timing for Chelsea. They got everything running smothly and looking good just in time for the break. Still you won and you go top. I wouldn't have too many complaints.

Yes me too and I dont get why all unions want top games at this point? Bayern vs Dortmund, ManU vs Arsenal, Fenerbahce vs Gala, Inter vs AC Milan and madrid derby.
When he started this year, he didn't make much of an impression to me. Especially against strong defenders, he would be invisible for large parts of a game. But now he's suddenly turned into Dolbergkamp! Great to see!

Yeah it such a shame, games are always slower and more lethargic after international break. Chelsea went from looking like a defensive power house, to conceding chances left and right to Middlesborough! Just spoils those big games you listed, thankfully Spurs vs Chelsea is this weekend coming which should be great for Chelsea to get back to good shape but maybe a bit unlucky on spurs due to having to play champions league as well. 3 games in 7 days for teams after international break isn't very good either.
Barça would simply not score last game, and got super unlucky with the ref calls too. Hit the post once or twice, didn't get a clear pen called on Piqué. Even got a legal goal not conceded because of an offside? Not sure if it was called because of Piqué, but the guy was behind the ball before the previous shot so... Yeah..

Not sure you can say NEC has strong defenders, though... did you see how much space he was given on that second goal? :D
The first goal was pure class, though, and his third goal was quite a bit of luck (heading it in with the back of his head, lol).
That said, this isn't the first game he has shown he is a great striker. He's got a way to go before anybody can say he's world class, but he has had a good start for sure, and is invaluable for Ajax this season.

Again no Messi through injury (sickness) and Suarez banned and Barca were a bit disorientated. Also like i said add in international break and first game back and thats what you get.

His backheaded goal was amazing and not lucky at all. Clearly intentional.

You can't blame international break for everything...

Milan derby happened this weekend and it was great game, definitely one of the best games this season so far.
Yo i can blame international break for everything haha and i will It clearly disrupts alot mid season, you will see true form from teams now over next weeks until March. But even then that international break there is 2 weeks then you finish season off before another.

It was clearly intentional, but claiming it wasn't lucky... lol. Giving any kind of direction with the back of your head is pretty much impossible, so it's luck that it goes sailing straight into the goal instead of bouncing off in some random direction.
