Not much going right for germany today, except the canoeing qualification and hockey bronze, which were kinda expected. Horse jumpers (probably not the correct term) disappointing and our gold medal candidate in modern pentathlon drew the wrong horse and is out. Football women have to save the day.

With this argument no new sport would ever appear. It just has to be fun to play and a bit known for a few amateur teams to be formed.

Groups are different though. We lost to Australia in the groups but now we are going to beat them (thats the plan at least), the match against the Americans was a 'nothing to play for' match so there wasn't really any pressure on the players. Which is why we lost by only 2 points.
Sure, this American team isn't a dream team but it will still take them having a horrible day for them to lose.
