Nah mate, PL strongest league in the world, whoever wins that is the best. Sure Real, Barca and Bayern have good teams and all but its kind of like Micheal Phelps winning 6 gold medals at the Special Olympics, sure we all know he is a good swimmer but he was swimming against disabled people. | ||

I'v missed most of the football this week thanks to Christmas, but I hope everyone's had a enjoyable time. On a different note did anyone else catch my team Exeter City's manager Paul tisdale on 'The Football League show' last night. He came across as pretty informed and inteligent and seemed to know what he was talking about. But there seemed to be a huge amount of unexplained tension between him and the regular pundit Steve Claridge. I have no idea if there is any history between the two or whether they hate each other or whether I just imagined the entire thing. But it looked like a second before they had gone on air Paul Tisdale had turned around to Steve Claridge casually insulted him and then they had started the show without time for any reply. maybe I'm just imaging these things. | ||

And those transfers are pretty shocking. de Jong was average and then got injured right away. Cabella was benched almost instantly. Darlow for 3M is weird, as they have Krul and a decent back-up. Riviere has been pretty awful, too. Janmaat has been a good replacement for Debuchy, and Colback + Ayoze have been revelations. And they are still missing a class striker, which was the main target. Shelvey is so daft. Swung and hit Can in the face with his arm. Great work (probably) getting suspended after being called out publicly by his manager. | ||
