Much of what I said goes for any new manager really, but Simeone is so fundamentally different that I think it will be tougher for him than a Klopp or Frank de Boer. Wenger dont have a plan to leave anytime soon tho and you are right on your point.
Seems like Pep trying new fantasies at Bundesliga.

Well considering that Bayern played a 1-2-3-4 today, and no i didnt messed up the order, its not far away from reality. Btw. talking about good transfers, Xabi Alonso broke Thiagos record for most ball contacts with 206 including 175 successful passes. For comparison the opponent team (1 FC. Cologne) had 159 passes for the whole team.

I don't want Diego Simeone to manage Arsenal. Sure he wins stuff but his teams play defensively and aggressively and don't have much possession. He's more like Jose Mourinho. He's the antithesis of Arsene Wenger.

They did. During the summer Arsenal hired the German national team's fitness coach, Shad Forsythe, to be the new fitness coach at the club to bring in some new training methods. I think the injury issues are a combination of factors though:
1. Lack of squad depth: Due to the thin squads that Arsenal usually have, there's very little squad rotation and key players have to play EVERY game.
2. Lack of substitutions: I touched on this last week but it's not uncommon for Arsenal to be winning by 2, 3, 4, goals, yet players won't be subbed off until very late in the game (if at all). I think it contributed to Olivier Giroud's injuries and lack of form. Yeah there wasn't another striker to take his place, sure, but he doesn't need to be playing till the 85th minute when winning by multiple goals.
Same thing with Mesut Özil. At Real Madrid, more often than not he'd get taken off in the earlier stages of the second half, or start from the bench. Now at Arsenal he's playing the full 90 minutes in every match when he's not really used to it. Of course Real have a deeper squad and usually put their games to bed early, but his position is the one where Arsenal AREN'T thin.
Finally, Nacer Chadli was booked for this (the hand behind the ear thing) after his goal today for "excessive celebration." I have a propensity to exaggerate, but this is honestly the weakest yellow card I've ever seen. What a joke.

Messi + Neymar so imbalanced so far :D
Can't wait for Suárez to join them.

Diego Alves, the Valencia goalkeeper is so good. He made tonight 3 awesome saves against R.Sociedad.
I don't understand how Scolari didn't call him within the 3 goalkeepers for Brazil. But I don't understand nothing about Scolari anyway.

Awesome free kick and I like Eintracht Frankfurt but damn it's kind of sad to see Hamburg and Bremen at the bottom of the table.

Actually, many people in Germany are pleased to see Hamburg down there.

I saw a pretty telling stat now with all this 401 messi goals discussion going on. Leo has 37 goals and 7 assists less than cristiano, whole careers talking, not just last 5 years. Leo has also played one hundred and sixty seven games less.

How many games has Messi played against mid-table English teams on a cold and rainy day?

Messi didn't start his career as pure winger.

What was funny was that the day the legend Lampard scored against the team of his life, you guys still remembered about the best player of all time. Now that tells a good story
Btw Lamps would make a good FPL pick so far xd
