Altough I'd say there would be more people watching Superbowl in Europe. Anyways I am satisified with this result and I really hope with an epic final in EURO 2020 that England gets EURO 2028 or even better World Cup 2026 or 2030. England really deserves to host a big tournament again.

I get the feeling keeping it in a prime-time slot for American viewers is paramount... Playoff games sure but idk about the big finals. The thing with London is that sure they will fill Wembley but on the streets there will be absolutely 0 hype. 90% of the country probably won't know that the superbowl happened in Europe.

Arsene Wenger says his biggest regret in the transfer market is missing out on signing Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo in 2003. My biggest regret: I was so close to signing Cristiano Ronaldo, And not only did I not get him, but he signed for Manchester United. That, of course, still hurts today I would have loved to have managed Didier Drogba, for two reasons, One, I missed him when he played at Le Mans in France, not even in the top league. I knew there was a good player there and I missed him. And secondly, because he hurt us so much in big games that all this pain would not have happened. I wonder if Wenger saying these things on purpose/in order to make Arsenal fans even angrier.

http://www.marca.com/2014/09/19/multimedia/graficos/1411153428.html (Yellow: r16, Blue r8) I'm quite surprised with the Baku designation in Azerbaijan (and meanwhile no Istanbul or Greece Stadium). So you play in Azerbaijan Ro8 and later you go to England for Semifinals? That is crazy. At least, I'm glad about "San Mames" stadium. I think it is one of the most beautiful stadiums of Spain.I went last year and the stadium and Bilbao fans are really awesome.
