the curiosity comes in when trying to figure out what exactly the max contract cap is for. the salary cap itself already puts a limit on big market spending, seems like a max deal cap would actually help these markets and work against parity with the mechanism described above. how did it get off the ground lol | ||

San Antonio captures the essence of what the CBA does. It's a profitable, well run, small market team that ends up subsidizing some dumbasses in bigger markets because the Spurs are well run. | ||
