"This is the worst Barcelona team in many many years" if that is his exact statement than Mourinho intentionally left the years ambiguous to leave the amount open for debate.

Jup he's not wrong, he's just being an asshole. Two low blows in the space of a week.

He has been and asshole and sending low blows to Barcelona for the past 4 years xD
He is obsessed with Barça since Laporta promised him the coach spot. He was there as Van Gaal's translator (second coach) already, and was a beast coach that got CL with Porto. Instead they gave it to a young "nobody" in Guardiola, who already accomplished one of Mou's dream that will never come true: Being a good football player. Then Pep went from newcomer to a genius coach and destroyed everyone, getting more trophies in 4 years than most coaches ever will, with the "best team of all time" that includes Messi.
I mean it's easy to see why he is so mad that he even sticked his finger into Tito's eye out of biterness. The dude didn't apologise but made a joke out the Tito's name, changing it to "Pito" (spanish for dong). Tito got cancer about half a year later, after an almost flawless half of Liga, all wins and one draw.

Mourinho is not wrong, though.
If that makes his statements any better is up to debate..
So happy CL is starting. Next few months will be amazing

It doesn't matter. You don't tell a mother her newborn baby is ugly either, even if it might be true.

The way everyone's crying about Mourinho, comparing Barcelona to a baby seems to be the right analogy.

Come on guys, barca is not that bad. We are much better than last year that's for sure Let's wait to watch the game to draw a conclusion but I'm optimistic for now. Also anything can happen when Messi is not injured, xD.

That was also a barca team that won the league by 4 points? Was that "poor"? That is not 6 years ago that is 9 years ago bro.... 2006 8 years ago you then won the competition with the same squad? Not really sure if we are making the same point lol. Yes I'm not even sure this Barça is the worst Barça of the past 6 years, let alone "many, many years" like Mou said. If by many he means like 15+ then I'm positive he's dead wrong.
Remember the team post Van Gaal, when all you had to look forward to was drawing a classico? Gaspart days ugh..

I still get chills when I think about gaspart era...

Omg, both barca and man.city going all out, especially barca with the incredibly greedy cesc/xavi/iniesta trio. Gonna be lots of goals scored tonight.

Yea that midfield is really greedy, I'd rather have a bit more pace on the wings but whatever. Guess they are respecting city's fullbacks on the iso after what they did to Hazard and what to play more possession ball and narrower.
meh.. lets see.

Bit disappointed in City team, clearly gone for a lets get as many crosses into the box yet they only playing 1 striker. Would of been better to sacrafice Silva LM and play Dzeko alongside Negredo, or Jovetic whoever he prefers. Instead Silva gets to run around wherever he wants and Kolarov and Navas going to hug the touchlines. But if Negredo is anywhere other than inside the box the wide players going to have 0 outlets.
Barca team is the best they have and they keep the ball as well as they used to in these games then they can still win it, but at the moment i see a 3-2 City if Messi is on it, if not it will be 3-1 City.
I know he is pretty knew to his PSG career, but buying Cabaye to site on the bench is pretty funny lol. I mean he is better than Veratti as Veratti is still learning his trade no? He hasn't got the legs of Matuidi i agree with that but he should play instead of Veratti imo.

So, the big question today for the Leverkusen players:
Who gets Zlatan's shirt?
