The keyword was 'semis' as in semifinals, lol. And yeah it's definitely 100% that all big leagues have done that. | ||

Well thats always a problem if you draw groups of 4 or so people. If you draw like that you end up with "super groups" and groups that are just bad. But if you place the teams in the group, like 1 amazing team, 1 strong team , 1 middle team and 1 weak team ( and it would be really hard to categorize teams like that), it ends up pretty boring + you will almost never get someone else than the standard 16 teams in to ro16.. The fairest way would probably be to play a giant round robin, but aint nobody got time for that.. + you end up with the same problem that almost always the same 16 teams advance | ||
