I only see five Chelsea players there. Maybe they were watching for runners from deep.

Actually I count marks on all the Blues in the picture.

Nah there should at least be two more reds, the guys on the post shouldn't be counted. Two players is also enough to protect the outside area, no idea why there four of them just staring there.

too bad gala failed lets hope the premier clubs last defender will get kicked out next round

WOOOOOO ROUND OF 8 BABY :D Anyones game from here, we have Eto'o the king of homes goals to carry us forward..... Naa who am i kidding im just happy to be in the RO8 xD So annoyed at how we don't finish teams off, oh well. Arsenal next, then some easier ties before the RO8 game so should help us a bit i guess.
Real just too good, if they don't make it champs league no10 i have no idea who can stop them. So good going forward.

Felt like Melo shouldn't have received two yellows at least.

After these games, i feel like Ivanovic is the most important player on Chelsea. I also think that he's the best right-back in the world.
He is like a tank, perfect at defending, good at attack organisations and fast enough...
|
In other news, UEFA Youth League quarter finals are finished, with Benfica, Real Madrid, Schalke and Barcelona playing the semis in Nyon. Benfica - Real and Barcelona - Schalke are the draws.

I guess they're doing something right in their academy.

Right now Schalke has a really good youth generation. In the game yesterday against Real they had 8 players on the field from their own academy.

Fuck knows how we fucked that up. We beat them 4-1 over two games in the group stage ;_; Then to miss fire / not turn up at home to lost 1-3. Oh well >.<

Not much love for tonights game!!!!! I think Yanited vs Olympiacos going be the best 2nd leg of the round. Yanited HAVE to score goals and Olympiacos just going /counter. With Yaniteds defense should be great fun :D Also Zenit vs Dortmund is kinda the same, but of course Dortmund firm favorites in that one.

If Moyes has a little tactical brain then he can score enough goals in this match. All he need is Kagawa+Rooney+RVP.
He can't score enough goals without a creative oos like Kagawa.
|
I thought the matches started in a couple of minutes but I remembered that they don't start for another hour. Daylight savings time OP -_-
|
Wow... Moyes seriously rather wants to go out than play Kagawa... That's so ridicilous, he was the only reason ManUtd looked good in the CL matches
|
Manchester United XI: De Gea; Rafael, Jones, Ferdinand, Evra; Valencia, Carrick, Giggs, Welbeck; Rooney, van Persie.
subs: Lindegaard, Fellaini, Fletcher, Januzaj, Kagawa, Young, Hernandez
Olympiacos: Roberto, Maniatis, Holebas, Manolas, Marcano, Leandro Salino, N'Dinga, Peréz, Fuster, Campbell, Domínguez.
ugh.

So finally today we will have some close games, where we will be glued to the screens until the last seconds, waiting for another unexpected twist and ........ come on, you almost believed it.
