Argh. *cough* The pitch was in a poor condition *cough*

i don't even get how my beloved Barça could loose 0-1 to Granada which is #13 on the table, losing sucks but losing with only 1 effin goal that's nothing, and they couldn't even come back and get 1-1 atleast. ahhh mi corazon D: where is the motivation --_--

Not sure how much can be done with the 2 transfer window ban coming in. Barsa needs to be really careful now. Guardiola's last season was the beginning of the decline, you could see it on his face, and he talked about it recently: the players weren't going to die for him anymore so he left. Which is normal for a team that won everything, right? But he wanted to make some changes, he didn't want to leave like that. He asked to sell players (Alvés, Cesc, Villa, Piqué, iirc) but the direction refused probably because they thought the players were more important than the coach, and that it could have been perceived as a very bad move by the supporters.
Anyway, since Rosell arrived in 2010 he made sure that almost no one from Laporta's staff remained in the club, including Guardiola, Cruijff, the basketball (or handball?) coach, a cantera coach (that was close to Cruijff)... That would have been "normal" if it was some political office but it's a sports club and these guys were doing a great job.
Concerning the team management, he decided that it was worth sacrificing 2 transfer windows to get Neymar (because he paid a big part of the transfer cost in advance) when the team had other needs (CB???). For what reason? Because Neymar is a huge marketing product that the supporters will instantly idolize (reminds you something? Real Madrid's style) and because Rosell could please his Nike friends at the same time.
In the meantime he made sure his friends in the medias took care of Cruijff's and Laporta's reputation (not that this last one never did anything wrong in his life :p). He also wanted to get rid of Valdés when Laporta got elected president but Laporta/Rijkaard refused. That might explain why Valdés want to leave now, without even considering a new offer from Barça
Now he left because he had to, but Barcelona still have a "Rosellista" as a president. If they don't have a reelection in June, I think (and hope) a lot of socios will start protesting :o

Laporta wanted to open "Masias" in other countries (and did actually open one in Argentina) to prevent the recent kids issue with FIFA.
Of course the first thing Rosell did was to cancel the whole thing.

HYPEEEEEEEEE

Pretty hyped for this game.
I can't believe West Brom dropped the points to Tottenham yesterday. I went out leaving them 3:0 up with a bit smile on my face and was more than a little bit disappointed when I read the final score. Although a fair bit of my smile came from watching a French stream and hearing the commentator repeatedly say 'Le baggies'. I don't know why I find that so amusing.

That sounds hilarious haha.
Yeah, pumped for this match. GOOO LIVERPOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Oh and after this match, watching Ajax' championship game! Starts at 16:30u (CET) against ADO Den Haag. They'll be champion if
Ajax draw and Feyenoord lose (to PSV away, so it's a hard match) Ajax win and Feyenoord loses points
|
Rooting for Liverpool. They've been entertaining all season and would be cool to see Stevie G get what he deserves

Im really glad how liverpools become the protagonist this season. I dont really care if City win, but I really hope that smug cunt doesnt win anything.

Hah yeah. Same sentiments here. If anyone deserves it it's Steven Gerrard and I'm a big Suarez fan as well (seeing as he came from Ajax!).
