Might be able to pull that off in Nordic countries, a little hard in developed countries near impossible in most of the world.

You competition is so insane its ridiculous. You let the train pass you are done, end , finish.

norway, finland, sweden, netherlands, canada, etc are so cool. They have at the same time good income and money, and cheap/free good education and health care. They are like the perfect mix :-)

This is ridiculous.
It also may be the perfect solution in big matches when everyone and their grandma is man marking him, just let him play midfield and assist the speedy wingers.

These gif also show Tello's speed and talent :o He was used a lot more last year but now that there's Neymar he's completely disappeared He might not be the most gifted played with the ball in his feet, but his speed and his 'balls' make him a huge threat for defenders, especially as a substitute!

Hopefully he can recover in time, it had to be in a goddam meaningless game too ffs. He's had such bad look as of late. If he isn't ready for the world cup it's going a huge disappointment. At least it's in position which Colombia has a lot of depth, hopefully jackson martinez is up to the task if it comes down to it, though he hasn't had the best of form in the national team compared to porto. I just hope we don't get any more injuries, specially in positions where we have no depth like CB's and GK.

education ain't that cheap in Canada -_-, around 8k/year in tuition and Toronto living expenses are ridiculous. Comes out to around 18k/year.

Speaking on the Colin Murray Show, he said: “Rooney is leaving in the summer, in my opinion. I’m 99% sure he will be gone. I’d be amazed if there is not something already in the pipeline for Rooney this summer.

It looks like the ref is calling a penalty at the end though, and it does sort of look like he hacked his leg.

No he is calling a goal kick or he would be pointing towards the penalty spot.

edit: Just checked the match facts to be certain and Uruguay didn't receive any spot kick, Peru funny enough did receive one.

Also the guy who said it has 0 connections with Man Utd so wtf if anything he would say it just to cause a stir being a former Liverpool player ^_^

Never a penalty imo, he just defended the goal line.

Well if you want raw sprinting speed Theo Walcott runs 100m in 10.6 seconds. The only professional footballer faster than him is Marvell Wynne (10.39 sec)

those times.. i wouldnt really believe in them.. overall

the fastest with and without the ball i ever saw are in no particular order:

Thierry Henry, Gareth Bale, C.Ronalo, Roberto Carlos, Walcott (edit: orginal Ronaldo was crazy fast wie ball too)

hmm probably forgetting some

there is a crazy video on youtube where R.Carlos is like 5-10 meters behind a Manu player (i think manu) and just.. well its incredible.. but i never found it again on YT

I also think the likes of Ramires after the 60th minute of a game just destroys people with his pace as well. Hazard and Messi also probably are "fast" in terms of ball control speed due to the ball just glues to their feet and they can run at like 100% of their speed with it. Where the likes of Walcott and Bale have to hit the ball a bit in front of them to then run onto it faster than others.

my opinion though xD
