It's tough but they have to grit their teeth and get a new coach. The bad thing is that english coaches are not that good but they need an english one in order to keep him for many years.

Schalke always needs money and they have the next big talent in Meyer already in their squad, who also is primarily a number 10. Agreed. Schalke will especially need the money if they don't qualify for the Champions League, which is looking like a very real possibility. I thought that these rumors made more sense in the summer, before Arsenal signed Özil, as now Draxler would be competing with Özil, Cazorla, Rosicky, et al to play in his favored position, and buying him to be a winger wouldn't make much sense when the club already have such bright prospects there like Serge Gnabry and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. But maybe Wenger could turn Draxler into a center forward. Wenger has a pretty good history at doing that. Edit: Good job by Sunderland, if they can hold on in the second leg they should be playing in the Europa League next season as I don't see Man City losing to West Ham.

20 Years old, already one of the best players in Germany and Bayern Munih not going to sign him ha? they're just waiting for now because their system works perfectly. What do y'all think? Surely Bayern will all but guarantee that they win the German double for the next five years purely through money. Is the German league becoming so one-team that it's a problem? Is there anything that the DFB can do to fix it?

EDIT: Also it's not just money that makes a team the best: I would love to have this kind of coach.

Is there anything that the DFB can do to fix it? I don´t think the DFB can fix that. At least not on a national level. If Bayern wants to compete for CL every year they have to spend money like that because of clubs like Monaco, PSG, ManC or Real. So if you want to make Bundesliga (or any other league) more balanced you have to do some sort of european salary cap with a soft cap (money above that gets to the other clubs that are under it) and a hard cap. You can´t blame Bayern for doing that, Lewandowski and Götze had half of europe to choose from and they choose Bayern, that Dortmund gets weakened is a nice side effect yes but its not Bayerns fault.

Hurt Bayern as much as you want, if you can't make ro16 champions league 4 out of 5 times over a period of 10+years most world class players won't rate you high enough to be their career's pinnacle (unless you are one of those legendary clubs named Bayern, Barca, Real, ManU, etc.)
