I did a quick search on wikipedia and it's not even like there was one club who somehow figured out how to produce football gems consistently, it seems like they came from all over the place. We've always had decent players playing in top leagues, just not as much as the last few years and I don't really know how that happened. Like you said they come from everywhere not just 1 club, Hazard didn't even play in our country past the age of 14

Eden carried Lille on his 20th, Thorgan may be doing the same now but let's be honest the French league is a bit harder than the Belgian one ^^ He'll have to prove what he's worth at a bigger club and play vs better clubs then you'll know exactly if he's as good or better

Thats the main source I am pretty sure they took the old 17 million € figure a Spanish newspaper reported when Guardiola arrived in Munich, which was pure speculation. If it were true, Guardiola's wage would take up more than 10% of all personnel costs at Bayern and he would earn 70% more than the highest player wages. I doubt that. It's more likely that he earns around 10 Million € per year. edit: Kirchhoff injured right after his move to Schalke -_- Schalke are so unlucky this season

Someone pscreen that Sir Alex shot with his cap on haha such an old man :3 Ki playing well again for Sunderland, why on earth did Swansea let him join Sunderland on loan, seems very stupid. Like the commentator says he can play anywhere it seems. Played centre back vs Carlisle in the cup, Holding mid and is playing as attacking mid tonight. omg Ryan Giggs xD just hit bar from deflected shot outside of box xD

Schalke always needs money and they have the next big talent in Meyer already in their squad, who also is primarily a number 10. Moyes has given the club a list of targets that include 21-year-old Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke, Borussia Dortmund duo Marco Reus, 24, and Ilkay Gundogan, 23, Porto's Eliaquim Mangala, 22, and 18-year-old Southampton left-back Luke Shaw, but they may not be available until the summer. Very nice list, Gündogan and Reus are probably the best at their position in germany right now. With Schweinsteiger getting older, Gündogan will be his successor in our national squad. 100 mill might not be enough though for all these guys.

IDK about Mangala and Koke.
