Rumors like that are so ridiculous that they are obviously never true. It's all clickbait, and you played right into their hands.

Dream Team: Valdes Alves - Kompany - D. Luiz - Alaba Toure Yaya - Gündogan - Silva Reus - Messi - Ribery
I don't want Ronaldo because I want team play and he is not good that good at that (still best 2013 player imo).

Ferguson's United enjoyed massive success with this tactics and I feel like Rooney's goalscoring ability is reduced by the fact that he has create offensive play due to problems quality of passing from guys that play behind him. Maybe if they went diamond-style midfield with Kagawa behind Welbeck / Rooney and a single Carrick / Fellaini DM, it could be better? But yeah, I admit, there's some Kagawa bias in this post...
Man City went 4-4-2 at the start of the season, it works well at home when you are expected to attack vs teams that start defensively. However away from home vs a a 4-2-3-1 you just get run in the midfield and unless your strikers are pressing 90% of the game you will have to many wholes.
City for example started 4-4-2 vs Swansea and they went in at half time 1-1, switched to 4-3-3 and went 3-1 up. Also City record on the road is pretty terrible, the 4-4-2 has something to do with that. But the reason City play 4-4-2 is mainly because they have 101001 good strikers at the club, hell Jovetic doesn't even get a game LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF xD

J Terry for me has shown he still even with lack of pace has the knowledge to organize and be solid. Again who else is there? I see Silva who doesn't get tested every week, Dante who is like Luiz who can he get in peoples team as a CB anyway?
There is Boateng ! The only question is who plays beside him in german national squad and he is the best cb of Bayern by far this season. Guy really is a physical beast. Best cb along Kompany.
---------------------Neuer------------------- Lahm----Boateng---Kompany-Alaba ..........Gündogan--Toure-------------- -Ribery-----------Messi--------Ronaldo ---------------------Suarez------------------
I know Ribery sucks on the right side. But all the good wingers play on the left it seems. Reus is left or central as well. I think in any other team in the world other than Barca, Messi would be a 10. Not sold on that false 9 crap.

Yeah that is true, Boateng i guess could easily be alongside Kompany for a good solid CB with more pace than JT xD
Also i like the midfield of yours, maybe could do 4-4-2 diamond though and add in Ozil some where for Gundogan? I can't see him not being the best 10 in the world and you could then shove Messi alongside Suarez and nomnom

Yeah 50 million for Barkley you have got to be shitting me. I understand wanting to get another Rooney-esque player from Everton but that price tag LOL.
Also, someone should buy Benteke while his value has dipped. Get in for 20 mill or something.

I think Valencia has been at fault for at least 5 or so tying or winning goals this season by losing track of runs or getting beat. This usually didn't happen in previous seasons. The 4-4-2 right now is too conservative at home vs. teams that park the bus but also leaking goals because of a bad midfield and defenders too slow or unaware vs. counterattacks.

Boateng is way too slow in his reactions for a good defender. not a good choice imo. rather dante or subotic

Dante is to stupid to be a world class defender >.< 1. He doesn't get in Brazil team as a CB and 2. He makes the same amount as mistakes as Luiz.

Mertesacker has really surprised me last year. Wenger has made him a really good CB again. He used to be mediocre for years after 2006

Messi isn't a 10 though. That has been tried often enough.

I dont know when you last watched him play, but in the last 1-2 years Boateng really grew to a world class defender. He will play the wc for germany with either Mertesacker or Hummels. Maybe you could argue that german or Bundesliga cb´s are inferior to other leagues, but for germany respective Bundesliga he is the best.
This is the half annual list of the most respected football magazine in germany "Kicker":
+ Show Spoiler +Internationale Klasse:
1. Jerome Boateng (Bayern München) - IK-1. 2. Dante (Bayern München) - IK-2. 3. Sokratis (Borussia Dortmund) - K-7. 4. Ömer Toprak (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) - K-8.
Im weiteren Kreis:
5. Martin Stranzl (Borussia Mönchengladbach) - K-9. 6. Naldo (VfL Wolfsburg) - K-6. 7. Neven Subotic (Borussia Dortmund) - IK-3. 8. Robin Knoche (VfL Wolfsburg) - - 9. Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund) - IK-5. 10. Fabian Lustenberger (Hertha BSC) - - 11. Emir Spahic (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) - -
The number behind the name indicates his rank for the 2nd half of last season. I dont know if you follow the Bundesliga at all , but there isnt really much discussion he is the best cb right now in germany.

that same list used to have Badstuber up high who wouldnt have started in any world class club in the world except Bayern Munich I dont trust Kicker since they did that. Badstuber is a horrible CB

Guess I should stop arguing about football on a video game site lol. Badstuber a horrible cb ? Guess respected media, Jogi Löw and Jupp Heynckes all know nothing about football ...
Badstuber also has the big plus he is a lefty and close to Hummels in passing skills.

It's not a coincidence Bayern started winning everything once Dante replaced Badstuber you know. He is a liability.
Both Germany and Bayern conceded a lot of goals due his mistakes.

Heyy don't say that, most people in this thread watch the same amount as football as any sports website people would do! ESPORTS after all is still Sports! Video games or not it is SPORTS >.< Don't bring that kind of stuff up please it annoys me, because i watch LOTS of football and read alot about it, and i know others in here do the exact same ;_;
The reason i think Sharkie is saying what he is saying is due to the people who write for kicker which are former Bayern manager Jupp and Germany national coach (who i add has the worst record for Germany manager) who said Badstuber is world class or what ever. For me the best CBs in Germany are Boateng and Hummels, the rest would struggle outside of Germany imo. Mertersacker will get found out in big games so i don't think you can count on him.

Ye Bayern was so horrible with Badstuber they only managed to get to the cl finale twice with Badstuber as a regular ...
Sry but calling Badstuber horrible just shows you know nothing about football.

BTW, Pandemona, the reason Jovetić is not getting games in City is that he's been injuried for like 4 months now and there's still no realistic time of return for him yet. As far as I now, he's been rather impressive in those few games he played for MC.
