Molde didn't have that good of a season though?

Both.
He has stated multiple times that he would only MAYBE leave for Barcelona and then it's not even certain. He's financially independent and his whole family lives here. He even helps out with the shop of his wife etc. He has also stated he would not mind working at Ajax for at least 10 years and he will not leave anyway until his contract expires in 2017 anyway.

And they won their first two league titles ever in his first two seasons in charge. And even though they only got sixth this season, they won the Norwegian cup competition.

Barca's half worth is one player though, xD, I think rm, bayern and mancity have much more depth in their squads.

yea like ferrose said, they won the first two seasons he was in charge. And those were the first two seasons Molde ever won the league. This season they had a disasterous start of the season, largely caused by injuries and having sold a couple players, but if you disregard the first 7 matches or whatever they were the third best team and only slightly worse than 1-2. In addition they won the Norwegian cup. Basically Solskjær instantly made the team go from occasionally good but never best and occasionally slumping into the second division to the overall best team in Norway for the past 3 years. He's good.
