If Leonard continues to improve he can replace Manu. Duncan has been so consistent i think he still has at least 1-2 years left in him, even if that's with significantly reduced minutes.

He's already replaced manu as the 3rd best player. Manu's role is as the second point guard for the spurs which they severely lack when parker is off the floor.

If Manu doesn't retire, then I don't think so. The Spurs are competitive every season and have been underdogs a lot of times at the start of the season. They have a great coach, great bench, and a growing star in Leonard.
