There's a better camera where you can clearly see that he hit him with his chest. But the Referee jumps to the ground like he has been hit by a freakin train, and fakes that he lost his senses... That is what really is strange in this picture...

If Luisao hit the ref, he should be suspended for a long time, despite the ref "being a pussy" or whatever. You don't put your fucking hands on a referee. He should know that, as a captain (I'm assuming that's a captain's armband on his arm?).

Yes he is the captain, And yes i think he will be suspended. I just don't think that it's going to be for a long time due to all the stuff that happened and the fact that's a friendly match not hold by UEFA.

Well he "chested" him xD i knew one i guess. Hmm intersting, i think a ban, long ban of about 10 games, JUST because i don't want to see kids do this, ref's get alot of stick and we forget without them we have no game >.<

It's a hard job after all, without technology which the game needs but FIFA thinks we don't...

Also feel abit sorry for Lusiao who might not deserve so much ban

I really don't think that the suspension will be that big... It was a friendly game after all.... And if the Referee did his job of just Red Carding Luisão and continuing the game we would be looking at a 2 to 3 matches ban maximum... But the referee chose the Theatrical exit... He could just continue the game and instead he faked an injury...

The Problem starts in Luisão Actions and ends with the "pussiness" of the referee... IMO it should be a 2 international game suspension, but then again i'm a Benfica Fan

But this is awful for Benfica's image...

With that said, Luisão is clearly Guilty and should be punished like so! ~

In the beggining of the video you can see a bump between the referee and Maxi. Luisão as the captain runs to separate them. (Minute 2:00 of the video) Luisão tries to put his arm between the referee and maxi (in a very impetuous fashion) and hits the referee whit a chest bump. And for some unexplicable reason the referees opts for the threatrical exit and do that show... That's the thing that i don't understand here...

YESSSSSS. Plexa is a complete boss. Has been for a long time and will continue to be forever. Anyone who was around back in the day on TL will know he wrote the best Final Edit articles and generally is an all around great poster. My favourite mod along with zatic and Nazgul.

Can you explain how you conclude he faked an injury from the videos? :o Luisao pushed him over, he fell backwards and if he was unlucky he fell on the back of his head and got unconscious. Doesn't seem too unlikely to me.
