I don't understand why the donations are open until after the finals are over though. Is somebody else covering the costs in the mean time and will get paid back from the donations or something? | ||

it might be construed as a gambling instead of a sweepstakes if payment is required to enter into the drawings... maybe some legal ramifications? | ||
