You can figure out the exact financial aspects. But I would expect something like:

Obviously, you want to offer featured status effective coaches to build respect and value to your site.

I saw that you worked on a way for potential coaches to add themselves, that would be a great feature!

That's what I came up with for now. I believe you have a good idea and with some refinements your site can very well become the place SC2 gamers go to when they need a coach.
