That Rogue weapon is weird. Certainly not mana-efficient, but the point is to let you dump "excess" mana in it while holding onto the charges I assume. 3 charges also gives you leeway to use it at least once w/o losing the attack face -> blade flurry burst/clearing combo, or else you'd just never dare to waste a charge. Still, in most cases isn't Assassin's Blade straight-up better? | ||
