I found more things cool than one'd usually do, because behind my ragey exterior I'm actually a softie carebear (wrapped around a fiery core of anger obviously)! I'd probably keep too many points (and words per points) with a work note too anyway, at least until the workmates I'd be supposed to send it too complain to me that it's unreadable and not at all "quick cliff notes to skim in 30 seconds." Don't feel bad, we all skimp on work notes. I'm just way too fucking long even when I do.

Good friends of TL I have heard that Dungeon Run is fun and free and maybe worth playing, confirm/deny? Will this be the day my Hearthstone hatred ends?

I normally hate Hearthstone but I actually enjoyed playing the dungeon run for several hours. It's actually very well done and yes, it is completely free (no "rewards" for playing it either though)

I don't know how long it'll last you, but it's decently fun. You pick a class and get a starter deck of 15 or so pre-set cards (a bit of everything), then after each boss you get to pick a set of 3 cards (sets are supposed to be thematic), and you chain bosses like this.
There are a number of bosses, I dunno if it's for each precise stage (1 to 8) or if there are brackets (say 1-3, 4-5, 6-7, and 8), I suspect it's the latter, and you try. Worst case if you get bored you can try going for weird/jank combos as a handicap or to build specific deck-kinds that look more fun to you.

Coming from someone who really doesn't like the game anymore, this might be bringing me back.
It's almost a limited format, with equal amounts of rng bullshit as the regular arena, except this isn't charging me in game currency so I don't care as much when I lose.

I still have absolutely no intention of playing the regular game formats, was intrigued by the idea of basically a single player campaign in a card game and it sounds kind of fun so thought I'd ask more opinions. Probably gonna be a good time waster phone game it sounds like. Thanks guys.

I'm not sure if it will have the same draw after I crown all 9 classes but it's already made for those "story" moments they are always driving for. You are going to have to go through all the tutorial crap though haha

For those of you inclined, if you get a chance definitely try drafting Unstable. SUPER fun set, and WotC did an excellent job for it to be a less stressful, silly/fun side while still being a real draft environment.
+ Show Spoiler +Just barely got to get one in tonight, played RB and managed to pull every single RB rare plus a Sword of DnD. Some dude opened a foil one and I ended up losing to him (turns out unblockable 2/1 + sword = win) but at least I got to do what my deck does in the first round---I drafted 13 contraptions and almost didn't have enough playables in my draft because of it lol. I had 8 in play at one point, and just durdled into oblivion. Almost 'destroyed target player' with Baron von Count, never got to play the other two legedaries but still, mega fun.

"I'll make a man out of you" from Mulan was my 6th most listened to song this year on spotify. I find that surprising yet unsurprising at the same time.
6th is hella high. O.o

Need a new phone T.T
Seems like samsung and one+ are the two to choose between for androids these days?
Anyone have an opinion?
Also what's the difference like between current gen (5t/s8) and previous gen. Worth the price difference?

If you want a good phone with potentially weird quirks (can't stream full HD Netflix for e.g - although they are changing that I believe) and very little to potentially no customer support for the $300-ish less price (depends where you live could be more could be less) then get the T. If you want a good phone period, get the S8.

I don't think there's much of a difference between S7/S8? I have an S7E and it still seems fine.

Been offered a relatively unused j5 from a family member. It seems decent, will probably stick with it for now.
Do phones ever really go on sale?
