I mean I don't try to pass myself off as being mostly Chinese I just say that I'm of Chinese descent.
are people giving you grief about this though? If you're a quarter chinese you're of chinese descent the math checks out
Yeah, but how much can you really claim Chinese descent if you don't have any inkling of Chinese culture?
well I don't really have a lot of Chinese culture if any (probably because my grandfather passed away before I was born) and no one is giving me grief about it or anything I was just kind of curious what people thought about it. I'm interested a little bit into learning about it and maybe incorporating some cultural things which is why I've been thinking about it.
in regards to trash talking I mean I kind of get it cause I used to do it a little bit in high school but to be fair I was an idiot in high school who bought a Halo 3 account at one point and did lots of incredibly stupid things (to a certain extent, not like drugs or anything just dumb dumb stuff.)
I personally don't refer myself to being jewish even if a majority of my blood is jewish (quarter swedish, quarter swedish minority.) Does not really mean that anything is stopping you from finding your roots. A large part of my jewish side of the family stopped with jewish traditions quite some time ago so I don't really see how that is relevant to being of a certain decent.
i just refer to myself as strait Canadian cause im... fifth/sixth generation? and lack any culture completely except that which we have appropriated and hockey.

If you watch it, please give me feedback as comment or thumbs up or down. I would really appreciate if you help me improving my editing skills. I also like to hear bad feedback so i know what some people don't like. But yeah, looking forward to hear from some of you. :D

Don't worry, it will become relevant when the extreme right wins the elections in Sweden.

They hate Muslims your thinking about Denmark.
Nah denmarks hate muslims too.
Although, my DF voting uncle on miliband, "he's a jew who pretends he isn't a jew, that's the worst kind of jew"
I culturally identify as an attack he-nah just joking. In my experience in America you pretty much identify yourself based on what influences you the most. I'm like 25% Welsh but my family doesn't have any customs or traditions that come from being a second-rate Englishman so I don't really consider it. I am like 40% Swedish though and despite not having much culture carry over I do get to eat some sweet authentic Swedish dishes when my mother's side of the family gets together so I do identify as that. If I was 10% something but liked it I'd probably tell people I was of that descent too. I mean we have white Rastafarians so anything goes.
