And it's way above Domino's.

Literally all LC has going for it is the price point.

The lotus and the emerald are alpha for sure, the rest are harder to tell with glare. Without being able to look at the cards I'd guestumate somewhere in the 14-15k range. Conditions of the cards will raise or lower that significantly. That seems lowballed, granted, can't tell the true condition from such a picture. Each Mox is like $1k per. Black lotus basically starts at like $5k if it's in good condition. Ancestral's recall is like $1.5k. So just with those 7 cards there's basically a $11.5k value. Then still have cards like Library of Alexandria which is normally $250 minimum... :/ just crazy to see it all tbh lol Edit: huh, just checked and even a slightly played beta version of ancestral recall is about $3k currently.
So, here's a true Ketara story.
I had all these alpha beta etc. cards. Moxes and Recalls and all that.
I sold them all when I could get I think about 2k for the entire set. I probably spent about half of that getting them too and I thought I was being all awesome by making a profit on my Magic habit.
WHOOPS.

I have yet to be disappointed since they showed up in my town. It's the right consistency and has the right amount of sauce/cheese. You're lucky I'm on a cut or I'd go get one right now!
ooo sad day ketera we got some random beta cards waaaaay back in the day but didn't score any of the valuable ones. Every time I go home I find another random box of cards in a closet so we'll see.

Do pizzas over there come drenched in sauce? That sounds disgusting.
Oh on an unrelated note. Mordek do you advocate switching to mix grip for deadlifts early on? Today my hands got rather owned but I didn't have any chalk so thinking maybe that was a problem rather than the mixed grip. I'll pm if it's too big an issue for a short response. Just didn't want to clog up inbox with a 1 liner :<

I never thought I'd see the day when Yango was so egregiously wrong.

You kind of have to like plain cheese pizza though, because their toppings taste like shit.

Not sure why you guys are discussing the tier list of pizzas that are all equally shit.
Especially when you could be watching this.

It's from the opening sequence.

Drakkisath was pretty annoying to beat, but kind of a nifty fight.
In the class challenge I got Alexstraza in the opening hand. Nice health pool, bitch.

Just didn't want to clog up inbox with a 1 liner :< Standard advice: you double overhand until you can't every workout. So use that as you're warming up to your work set. If you can do some double overhand do them double overhand. When you're going to drop the bar due to grip, switch to mixed. This also assumes you're not doing other accessory work which would fatigue your grip which I'm pretty sure you're not at this point. When you get to the point you're deadlifting 2x bodyweight you can revisit what you want to do about grips. The general concept being you want to train your grip as much as you can without hindering your progress on deadlift. Your body will refuse to lift what it thinks it can't hold, even if your posterior chain could pull it with ease.
Also related, brosciencelife just did a video on how to deadlift a week or two ago (while I find many of his remarks hilarious and highly quotable in the gym he also can be very crude in a way I don't like, but that's my personal preference disclaimer )

Heh thanks I'll check it out. I missed 1 rep today but I could have prob pushed for it. Think my hands were just really dry today, should have moisturized in the morning. I'm still about 2 weeks off lifting 2x bodyweight if I keep up current pace which seems unlikely. I'm not intentionally doing any accessory work so think you right there.

I can't do the same reps I did with my dumbbell (lifting with one arm, from down to near the shoulder) anymore, or at least it's way harder than it used to be. Is that because I'm doing other stuff (it's mainly abs and stretching like Numy showed me, and ~15 push-ups each day) so more fatigue and stuff, or maybe bad form (my right arm starts hurting in particular toward the last few reps of the last set, a bit of muscular pain)? It surprises me that I used to do 3x 20 and now I start having difficulties near the end of the 2nd set instead of the 3rd.
