I'm not sure if you are joking here or not. Regardless of how bad the situation is, why burn bridges? Even if you are leaving your company at a time your boss thinks is bad, I don't see how it's a good idea to go out in a way that will get her to feel more animosity towards you. Just forget the job and move on to something better. | ||

I was even going to link to a thread on another forum I visit where some very wealthy and successful men weighed in on the subject because a 20-something specifically asked how he can leave a job on not good terms -basically wanting advice on how to let his bosses know he was pissed. The advice of "don't" was basically unanimous. A lot of businesses are very insular as far as their workforces are concerned, especially if you maintain residence around the same area. You may encounter people again in the future as a colleague, an employer, a client, etc. At worst you should VERY FORMALLY inform them in your exit review of your specific complaints and leave it at that. Even that isn't advisable though because your snark will almost certainly shine through, and there is literally 0 upside to it other than "lol I showed them." | ||
