In the process of going through an "official investigation" with the Peace Corps "office of human rights and diversity". I had a long phone conversation with the investigator earlier this week and he seemed to agree and admit that the situation was "very complicated" and that there was a "mistake" somewhere along the line, and that I had been "affected" as a result of that. But it seems like mostly lip service and I doubt I'll be able to get anything out of it without hiring a lawyer, which I can't do. But I have good news everyone! I spent the last couple months applying to other volunteer opportunities, and this week it got back to me that I've been accepted to two different programs, one for 6 months in Bali and another for 6 months in Thailand. Both would be teaching English, pretty much the exact same shit I would have been doing for Peace Corps in the exact same part of the world, but for 6 months instead of 2 years. It's not all 100% finalized until I get visas and such obviously, but the calls and skype convos I had with the organizations this week were very positive. I gotta decide which I'm gonna go with though. So, hooray. | ||

I meant just for just the item shop idea. lol. The closest I can do here is probably 6x tier 1 boots, but that's not as good. I spent some time in South Korea a couple years ago, that also is great. I would suggest Laos though, if she wants something close to China that is more tropical vacation and less hustle and bustle. | ||
