I agree the metric system is more intuitive for just about everything but I refuse to budge on Fahrenheit being used for the weather.

Honestly, as a Canadian Mechanical Engineer, who worked as a Welder for 4 years to get myself through University, Feet / Inches are a lot nicer for building shit than Metric units.

Its really easy to quickly mark out 4'-8 7/8", but if I give you 1444.6 mm it sucks to measure that out. Most amount of single units on an imperial tape measure you have to count after breaking things down is 8, whereas you need to go like 60 units if you're counting from 1.5 meters with Metric.

Metric units are however a lot more intuitive for anything theoretical. By a rather large amount.

So my friend told me he'd kidnap me for a MTG draft next week-end (sealed). Welp.
Arranged (somehow) for him and a girl to meet since she was interested in tabletop but didn't want to get a DM she didn't know beforehand, thought we'd just chill in a bar or something, 5 PM - > 1 AM. Pls, now all of my sunday is gonna be taken for stuff I had to do. D:

On the plus side it was nice and I'm pretty sure we got 2 players to finally get some tabletop going (and it's been awhile since last attempt where people stopped trying). It's just it'll take a few weeks before I can appreciate it, while the "where's my free time I have all of this stuff to get done by this evening" wil hit me as soon as I wake up tomorrow.

In Pokemon Y, if I use Substitute and then Baton Pass to somebody, do they get the clone or Baton Pass is only stat boosts like Acid Armor or Bulk Up?

Substitutes are also passed on. It's been like that since Baton Pass was introduced in Gen II. The Bulbapedia page on Baton Pass has answers like this. Or for Substitute. Really, if you want to know what the mechanics of a move are just go search Bulbapedia.
