I played it for the first time last month as part of board game rotation but it was only one round and then we moved to other games. Is the strategy for round 1 just to lay down as much infrastructure as possible so you can farm resources and powerlevel upgrades later on? Also Science is bullshit.

An hour later I try looking for a Pikachu in my friends 3 slot, and boom, very first one has Lightningrod. Tried looking for an answer during break at work, but couldn't find anything.

You need to have been online as the same time as a friend to have their friend safari have HA pokes. You can tell if that's happened by looking at the safari menu. If their trainer shows up, it's happened. If they're a shillouette with a "?" it hasn't. In addition, where do you work so I can bother you? =3

Scowling at this dreary weather, I cleared Jenny free of the cold damp snow using a patriotic looking oven mitt - a constant reminder to buy an ice scraper sometime soon. As I drive 30 minutes through my upstate New York county I snicker at the thought of becoming a rural juror. The chuckle is short lived as there are no parking spots and I am forced to pay for a meter that will surely run out before I am allowed to depart from my civic duty. Slightly cold, a Jack Reacher novel in my pocket, and munching on a Fiber One bar - I am ready for the bureaucracy that the New York State's legal system has in store for me. After a brief security clearing, I find myself in the courtroom looking for a seat. Most are taken as I scan the room, so I saunter towards the jury box where I situate myself in the front row. After a few minutes, I'm given a small scantron form to fill out regarding the date, my birth year, and other trivial census questions. Finding myself with nothing to do I peruse the threads of liquid legends until a woman announces we will be watching an orientation video. I settle myself in to the short film and after 20 minutes the movie concludes; I now know the basics of being a juror. Rumors of additional free parking makes its to my ear and I immediately excuse myself to eradicate the fear of a potential parking ticket. Making it back to the courtroom just in time, the judge enters and gives us the rundown of the trial that will commence throughout the week. Individuals who have reason to be excused now meet with the judge as the rest of us await the qualification process to begin. Annoyed at the inconvenience of being called in to jury duty, I'm hoping to be counted out of the final twelve - but a small part of me is excited at the prospect of being an angry man. As I wait for my pepperjack cheeseburger with a side of pasta salad I ponder over my recent events in the courtroom. 21 potential jurors were called upon randomly, sadly none of them me, to assess their qualifications as impartial judges concerning the fate of the defendant. The judge asked the collection of civilians a flurry of questions while the rest of us silently prepared our own answers. It was during this time I read a few chapters of the afore mentioned novel accompanying me in my pocket before dozing off. The judge gave a recess for lunch and now here I am, slightly more rested from my late night of failing promos to Silver III and slightly more annoyed my RNG luck did not put me up in the jury box where I can hopefully be excused from this patriotic, important, but very inconvenient duty that is hindering my journey to Challenger. Oh how I wish to discuss details of the defendant vs. us, the people of New York state - but for now that is outside the parameters of the law I choose to abide by. I returned to the courthouse with high hopes of being picked for the next round of jurors. Sure enough my clairvoyance proved to be on point and I was called up to the jury box along with 20 other potentials. I sat patiently listening to my peers answer the questions that allowed the attorneys to better get to know us, until finally it was my time to speak... 1. How long have you lived here? - I have been a resident of this area for 17 years. 2. Are you employed? - I am a recently Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (a strategic answer as I was hoping if I were to be questioned further, it would be about this) and am currently looking for employment. 3. Are you married? - No. 4. Do you have family or friends within the court system? - No. 5. Do you have family or friends who have been a victim of a crime? - No. 6. Have you ever served in the armed forces? - No. 7. Do you belong to any organizations? - Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. 8. What is your level of education? - A bachelor degree in Computer Science. 9. What do you do in your spare time? - I play chess, dominoes, pool, read, spend time with friends and family. Thank you Michael - NEXT! And with a rush of relief it seems I answered the questions concisely, and with no interesting flavor that could lead to further questioning. I slide back in to a more relaxed position in my seat and continue to daydream about my journey through the ranks of League of Legends. BUT THEN A WILD DISTRICT ATTORNEY APPEARS. DA uses PROBE FURTHER. "Where in the Peace Corps did you serve?" - A small African country called Lesotho, totally landlocked by the country of South Africa. "And how has it been being back?" - Well showers and electricity has been nice (room sniggers), but it has been hard because I actually understand everyone and everything that is going on around me. I am not used to so many people. (Baited) "And how have you been dealing with that?" - It has been a bit tough. I am used to being isolated and not around so many people. I tend to retreat into my own thoughts and tune things out. (Outsmarted) "If you were picked for this trial, would you be able to focus?" - Well... yeah... I'm sure I could probably focus. I guess. "You don't sound very positive about that." - I'm never positive about anything. (Icing on the cake) A few more minutes of listening to the drivel of my fellow county-mates and within 30 minutes I was home playing video games ![]() WHAT A JURORNEY. ps I would like to do jury duty one day though. Just not when I am unemployed and can play video games all fucking day. double ps It was about some guy who had 3 counts - 1st degree armed robbery, 3rd degree weapon holding(? forget name, he had a knife), and 3rd degree menacing (Being mean and threatening to hurt someone with a weapon). All alleged of course and he was pleading not guilty, but Ionno. Just by looking at him the dude didn't look innocent. He just had looked like the kinda guy who might pull something like this. Not very impartial or innocent until proven guilty of me, but whatever. Dude did it. 93% sure.

I have a spare key to get INTO my car, in case I ever locked myself out by accident, but not a spare ignition's key (my car has a door key and an ignition key). I took that off my key chain like 6 years ago when my dad was yelling at me about having it on my giant key chain, and now he's yelling at me for NOT having it on my giant key chain, which is totally understandable. FML I'm dumb as shit. It seriously needs to be in the library... I was there for 3 hours, had it when I went in, noticed I didn't have it after my class directly after my library time, and from the library to the class it's nowhere to be found, and shouldn't have fallen out just walking. If it feel out, it was either in the library or that classroom, but it's nowhere in that last classroom either. No keys in the library's lost and found, and I'm at the comp directly next to the one I used earlier and it's nowhere near here. Now my dad is pissed as shit because for him it's a 3 hour drive with a spare set of keys.....$15 in gas and neither of us will get home until 11 pm at the earliest. And I still have homework to do. ~.~

I think the bad part is when the juries have no motivation to actually serve; this is often due to financial reasons.
