My New Year's resolution is to cook more interesting meals. Today I made white chicken chili in a slow cooker and this was probably the best decision I've made in years.

slow cookers are great ways to make very tasty food for almost no effort.

a friend of mine used to take a small chicken rub it in oil and rosemary and stuff with uncooked rice and carrots/onion/potato chopped up into pieces an then put chicken broth into it tie it shut and then slow cook it while he was at work. he came back and had a weeks worth of food.

Yeah using a slow cooker has been a huge revelation. Just one pan to clean too. I'm a fan.

one thing to clean is why i use the bread recipe that i gave wave. only need one bowl and parchment paper to throw away. and the pan you cook it on stays clean.

Watching the dark souls 2 speed run is really cool. It's funny to see how fast/well he does things and makes everything look so simple.
