Last I heard it was only one injury, though I haven't exactly been able to check multiple sources or very often at all. Either way, at the very least I'm sure they tried/were able to minimize things as bets they could given the situation. | ||

And if you're talking about trying to convince the other to stay with the girl, in that one case it's all good Teut: they're still together despite the bumps on the road, and seemingly satisfied with it. Had she chosen me she'd have grown bored rather fast and it wouldn't have lasted, she'd most likely have cheated on me too which wouldn't be the best experience ever (I know, I've seen what it did to someone!), and it's not like I'd have managed to see her much because of my parents (taking a 5-hours train to see someone they don't know? Nope, no way, too risky and stuff; my big brother had a long-distance Internet-started relationship that went pretty badly pretty fast and leaving by myself to unknown cities and see people that they didn't know was impossible till I was like 21).  We were both extremely immature at the time, in a childish sense that kinda screwed our moral compass. She was very fickle and needed a lot of attention and validation for her own well-being, and she was in love with the image she built of me rather than who I'd have been day-to-day with her. She mostly outgrew it since, I'm still a child in many aspects. Never said I'm not riddled with insecurities and self-esteem issues though (coupled with narcissism, 'cause that ain't fun otherwise), and that's one of the things I need to work on, so I'm more comfortable and not result-oriented with people... so I improve my social life/circles... so I remove the root of some of my insecurities... so I'm more com- wait. è_ê | ||

Sounds like the Kosher shop hostages didn't make it, but the Danmarrten (sp?) hostage (if there was only one?) may have been released. | ||
