My parents got a rescued beagle a couple years ago and he puts on weight really easily, despite being active. He also has terrible separation issues and hates being alone. Recently, they got a second rescued beagle to keep the first company and wear it out a bit. This one has an issue where her metabolism is really high. Essentially, it's difficult to convince my parents that they should be feeding one of them way more compared to the other because of how ingrained they are in not feeding the first one much and it carries over to the other.

Problems: Instagram/Snapchat/whatever else. I have a 1mbps upload line, and anything uploaded saturates it, goodbye LOL for another week. I've ruined about 6 games over the past week by dcing for an extended period of time and have had lag/dc's affect me for another dozen or so. Dropped out of diamond for it, not the biggest deal, I can get it back pretty easily once they leave and I'm lag free. ISP: I've phoned in half a dozen times over the last year, because their fucking website says faster speeds (25/5 fiber vs 15/1 adsl) is available but their stupid reps say it isn't. Fiber is on different infracstructure, therefore all they had to do was send a tech to swap the line over. Only realized they had retards for customer service when I finally decided enough was enough and tried to cancel to switch and pay out my ass for faster internet. Now scheduled to have faster internet as a late christmas gift. On the other hand, got a minor discount for the next year. Yay. Girls: Leave so much hair around the house. Holy crap. My cat's bad, but this is next level.

Yo yo, here is my computer build. Quotes below for those who are lazy and don't want to travel to the other thread: On December 26 2014 09:02 JonGalt wrote: What is your budget? $2000, however I am willing to bump it up to $2500-$3000 if I think it might be worth the investment. What is your monitor's native resolution? I recently received an Acer UHD 4K2K G-Sync Gaming Monitor for Christmas. Haven't even gotten a chance to use it yet, but it is certainly the monitor I will be using! I believe it is 3840x2160. What games do you intend to play on this computer? What settings? League of Legends, Overwatch, The Witcher Games, StarCraft, Wolfenstein: New Order, maybe Dota2, and other new games that catch my interest. I like playing on the highest possible settings without sacrificing any performance (especially online games). I have no qualms with running games on low-medium if need be however. What do you intend to use the computer for besides gaming? Basic word processing, programming, surfing the internet, and streaming. Do you intend to overclock? I do, but I have never done it before. Do you intend to do SLI / Crossfire? No. Do you need an operating system? I want to dual boot Linux and Windows. I will require a Windows operating system (and no real cheap way to get one through University or anything), but the Linux I can find myself (although I am open to suggestions as it has been a minute since I last used it). Do you need a monitor or any other peripherals and is this part of your budget? I do not need a monitor, but I need a keyboard, mouse, and webcam. I am also thinking about getting a gaming headset. However I find that after long periods of use my ears and head start to hurt, so I was thinking I might prefer to just use my earbud headphones in conjunction with a nice microphone. <- Open to suggestions on this one as well. All of this is part of my budget. If you have any requirements or brand preferences, please specify. The only requirement I have is a video card that is g-sync capable. Nvidia says that "Any GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST or higher GeForce GTX graphics card with a DisplayPort output is required." What country will you be buying your parts in? USA. If you have any retailer preferences, please specify. None. So here goes my first round of perusing newegg and amazon... FOR FUCKS SAKE BUY AN INTEL CPU. I5/I7 or bust if you're looking for a good machine. I guess 16gb of ram could be considered future-proofing at this point, i doubt you need it at all though. PSU also seems massive overkill, you'd probably need half of what it outputs lol. Unless you're planning to do some SERIOUS overclocking you could get away with a much cheaper aftermarket cooler imo. That case looks like it has shitty ventilation. If you are planning to do big overclocks, that simply wont do. If you're not, why do you need the big cooler / PSU :D My $0.02 EDIT: Oh i also wouldnt pay a cent for windows, especially 8, but thats just me. :-)

I hear frame-perfect KoF combo training helps. ![]() Yeah from looking at the combos and moves/cancels people can pull off I think I may just never be fast enough to truly be able to play well. I practiced a really simple corner combo for like 1.5h earlier this week and I don't even think I can do it 50% of the time, never mind the really complicated shit or the ones requiring assists or positioning. Edit: and yeah jongalt you definitely don't need to be buying/spending a lot of what you are considering what you're using your computer for. And ain't nothin' wrong with AMD processors. Mine is still going real strong and it wasn't even close to top of the line when I bought it (phenom 2 x6).
