Also, the reason fire nation was strong wasn't just because of "fire bending" it had to do with weapon development. They had a massive fucking war fleet, and man power. Catapult shooting fireballs is a much larger range than any air bender or water bender could get close to, in straight up warfare. Not to mention it looked like the water tribe was pretty rural in comparison. | ||

Air benders at the time where nomadic and tended to stick to themselves in the air temples, they stayed out the affairs of most things accept for the Avatar cycle. This didn't change till recently. Ignoring that a Air nomads are chill dudes and have no interest in power. Water tribes are split due to ideological differences and yeah until recently they where pretty under developed in the tech side of things. Earth is a kingdom of kings that's so large it's hard to effectively manage so you ended up with secret police and rulers who are at best ineffective and at worst just worthless. Fire on the otherhand was technologically advanced and quite well off. The entire reason the war was started was to spread that prosperity and wealth to the other nations and bring them into the fold of the fire nation. | ||

And judging by the fact it seems like the flash was present at Barry's mother's death (and just the presence of professor Zoom at all) I guess there is gonna be a lot of timetravel shenanigans coming up. My guess is that there is more than 1 Welles/Zoom running around, as in time traveling so that there are 2 iterations of himself at a time. actually I take that all back, i didnt realise that Iris's boyfriend Eddie's full name is eddie thawne, this makes me think HES reverseflash aka Zoom. The reason Welles had the suit and the tachyon thing is because hes Rip Hunter, the time traveling guy who protects the time stream. Welles was giving the suit superspeed with the tachyon thing at the end of the episode so that he can give it to eddie once he goes crazy from whatever tragedy happens to him and blames the Flash. Then a bunch of timetravel shit will happen so everything happens like this. Also this explains why reverseFlash didnt kill Eddie when he escaped the trap and killed all the other cops. And thats my flash related mind vomit | ||
