edit - I've only experienced a few tornado conditions. One was a microburst near my house when I was like 6. One was a few years ago, the tornado that tore through Springfield, MA - hit part of my campus, there definitely would have been deaths if summer break hadn't started 2 weeks prior. And the latest was a microburst that occurred right on top of my office building last summer. The car next to mine had a branch through the windshield, and a truck was crushed under a tree.

Warning means the tornado is imminent either because one has been spotted, or the odds are above a certain threshold for one being formed.
I've only had a couple serious tornadoes formed within 150 miles of me in 20 years, both were water spouts.

That's really weird. I normally just put money on steam first then use that wallet so I don't overspend during sales lol. This is leftover money from June sale I think.

You can have paypal connected to a bank account rather than credit, and you can recieve funds on the internet through paypal. also you never put your credit card information out there, only a paypal password.

Paypal says things are best resolved by talking to the seller when possible so I'm talking to Steam Support first I guess.
I mean I have a receipt for the purchaes and everything so this looks like a Steam fuckup somehow. I had enough money in the account.
