Literally 4 times as much as I do. I get 4 floating holidays a year that are mandatory. These can never be used on actual holidays. I gain 8 "Comp" hours that I can use whenever at the rate of 4 a week. If I don't use those comp hours, half of them are turned into a Christmas bonus at the end of the year, and the other half roll over. I can never have more than 100 Comp hours total. Christmas bonus is looking like a nice little chunk of Taxable change this year though. | ||

It's a nice tradeoff, and I enjoy it, but it does sometimes suck losing my weekend to work. Not that I have to say anything about that to you lol | ||
