SC2's perpetually living in BW's shadow, while DotA doesn't cast that large of a shadow over League, especially given how hard it is to follow MOBA games if you don't play--so it's way easier to get the "play SC2 but watch BW" case rather than the "play League but watch DotA" case.

There's no 'be fair' with comments like that. It's a dumb generalization, nothing more. He didn't even make a comparison to BW(nor me with DotA). He didn't say "I wish SC2 had as much variety as BW did, or at least that the late-game was more involved than death ball positioning wars" or "I miss how BW had at lot more fighting going on all over the map even in the late-game, SC2 lacking that makes it bland to me." He instead made a ridiculous, not even true, generalization about the game, probably based on what Polt had just finished doing as he made the post.

Fuck Terrans and Zergs, make it a Gundam RTS and make it Zeon vs. Federation every game. I'd watch the fuck out of that. Somebody should stream a Gihrens Greed playthrough.
