Everyone knows i hate melee + smash, so my question was legitimate. i wanted to know if they made the game better or if its the same crap its been since melee came out but with new characters. Considering how popular Smash is do you really think that Nintendo would say "screw the fans let's change it to what our haters want?" I don't expect CoD/FIFA to magically release sequels I actually like either.

Been looking to find a good coop adventure game along the same line as that game, got myself a ps2 emu and dolphin so it'd be cool if you guys had any suggestions Yeah, I do love me some co-op games. I don't know of too many for PS2 tho. The X-Men Legends series (PS2) is fantastic. It's got fun features like the ability for some X-mans to pick up other X-mans and throw them. There are some people who can fly, and you can fly down and abduct the dude you're co-opping with and fling them at people (or into a pit if you're that kind of person). Some special attacks can be combined for bonus effects. The RPG elements aren't deep or involved enough to take away from the actual gameplay time. It can get slightly buggy, especially when you're trying to break things. Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes (XBox, maybe other consoles) is also great, but I haven't played that in a while so it might just be nostalgia. i'll go check my shelf for some more

Well that's pretty much what CoD did after CoD4, created an entirely new series of sequels that nobody who played the originals liked at all but were vastly more popular in the end(with the console crowd).

I'm not up to snuff on exactly how hyped Smash 4 is but every person I've ever known with a Nintendo console has owned whatever smash game was on it. The only way to get more popular than that is for the game to start selling consoles for it's own sake, which I know Melee did (Brawl, I'm not sure). I mean I guess that's all anecdotal, but... Hi, I'm red, I owned an N64 but no Smash. I know many many people who own Wiis but no Brawl(granted, many of them would not be considered 'gamers' on a forum like this). I think you took my comparison a bit too seriously though, I was more just taking the opportunity to throw salt out about how fucking ruined the CoD series has been since CoD4, especially on the PC.

I'm salty about BF4, and 3, I want BC2 with a slight update to graphics, and maybe some of the changes that came in with 3 and 4, but it was overall a really great game. And I put a shit load of time into BF3, nearly 900 hours over the year+ I actually played it.

I still find her annoying as hell but I suppose considering those answers I do have a little newfound respect. She's still not funny though.

Bummer it doesn't come across on the stream :/ But yeah, respect for Kaceytron went way up after reading that.
