Not necessarily. At low % it is probably beneficial to vector in some direction WITH the knockback to avoid possible combos.

Interesting, probably feels more intuitive for players now imo.

I just worry it's gonna make combos harder at high level play but it will be interesting to see how it develops.

All of a sudden here is another scene I am very sad I won't be involved in. There is the potential for SO much depth, I hope the competitive scene adopts them.

The only real "Combos" I've found so far can only happen from super low percent. Marth/Lucina can't get anything off their grab no matter what percent they are on, which is kind of a drag but whatever. Tilts matter. A lot. Kirby can chain someone from 0-81% with just Dair into UTilt 6 times. There is no getting out of it either no matter how you Vector due to how fast Kirby's UTilt goes.

Seriously though, there's something wrong with how the game works when people find new methods to afk because it's the best method for labor regen. Yet I am somehow still playing it a bit.

This sounds like a terrible game. Though to be honest it is really no different from AFK for Honor in WoW. I support you in your endeavor.
